These are a few of the names Thomas Jefferson and John Adams called each other during the presidential election campaign of 1800.  Compared to this, Trump’s “Crazy Joe” tweet seems very tame.  I for one would like to see more of this.  It provides the public with a much more realistic picture of politics.
