Hey, America, Let’s Kill Thousands of Civilians, Like ISIS!

Oops, I’m sorry – that was supposed to read, “to destroy ISIS,” according to someone named Ralph Peters, who (prepare to be surprised) 1) was a strong supporter of the Iraq War, mocking Bush’s critics, and 2) gets paid for his “expertise” by Fox News.

The savage hatred bred by ISIS has found its mirror-image in Mr. Peters, who gloats that all those civilians (whom he wants us to kill) hate us anyway.

Curiously, his bio tells us that he once attended a Catholic university, where we must suppose that he was taught that one cannot do evil to achieve a good end. But a career in the U.S. Army seems to have erased that natural law principle from the tattered remains of what was once his conscience.

I guess we could say that neocons like Mr. Peters have detonated a metaphysical suicide belt that has annihilated their humanity, drowning it in power-lust. Their character has become a cadaver, and they haunt the New York Post and Fox News, pounding the table – “More murders!”

What began as satire has now become a bloodthirsty farce:

“They all hate us anyhow, let’s drop the Big One now.”
