Hayek on the “Cancel Culture”

Writing in 1943, around the high-water mark of twentieth-century communism and fascism (two varieties of totalitarian socialism), F.A. Hayek wrote:

“Tolerance . . . has again been in decline, to disappear completely with the rise of the totalitarian state.”
