We Hate Them for Our Lack of Freedom

A whopping 78% of Americans are “Dissatisfied/Angry” with the feds, and 64% feel the same about their “state and local government.”

Yeehaw!

But it gets better. “[V]oters said in follow-up interviews” that they harbor “an overall disdain for a political system that doesn’t seem to be working … They’re upset with both parties, as well as career politicians and Washington insiders who, those surveyed said, don’t put their constituents’ interests first.”

Alas, we still have work to do. One respondent, a “stay-at-home dad in Albemarle, North Carolina, who describes himself as a very conservative Republican and firm Trump supporter, said … ‘We need a complete whitewash of the system (because) politics should … be something you do because you love helping the people.'” I bet he believes in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy, too.
