Government to Stop Paying for Child Mutilation

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. signed a declaration that says that child mutilation procedures are neither safe nor effective for gender-confused children. He means children who were indoctrinated at a public school or on social media or have horrible parents. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services will bar hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid from performing mutilation procedures and will prohibit federal money from funding them. My question is simply this: Why was the government paying for parents to have their children mutilated?
