Mary-Kate Olsen is doing the right thing as the evil DEA investigates Heath Ledger’s death: she’s refusing to talk to them. Of course, that’s what everyone should do — never, ever talk to the cops — because the police will indeed use anything you say against you, whether you’re under arrest or not, and their questioning techniques are carefully designed to make you incriminate yourself whether you’re guilty or not.
