After Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines criticized the Dear Leader in 2003, Clear Channel Radio led a campaign to kick them off the air, burn their CDs, etc. The red-state hysteria led to death threats as well as a boycott. But the Chicks are back. And last night they won five Grammy awards, including best song.
