George W. Bush Opened the Way for Ron Paul

Bush did this not only by his rotten wars and militarism, spending and inflation, police state and unitary executive, but by his vice presidential choice.

Bush told Cheney to find him a vice president who would not seek his own presidency, but would care only about George’s. So Cheney nominated himself. And with no sitting vice president lined up for the nomination, the way has been opened to Ron. George, your lack of self-confidence has crippled the system just when we need it. Look forward to greeting Ron in January 2009 at the inauguration.
