George ‘Luca Brasi’ Bush
February 6, 2008
From the left, the always interesting Mike Whitney on the Iranian decision to price its oil in euros, the possible US attack, and Bush’s presenting severed stallion heads to Gulf rulers over the Fed’s monetary destructionism. (Thanks to Lauren Scheffers.)
UPDATE from Robert Katz:”It certainly wasn’t Lucca Brassi who went to Hollywood representing Don Vito Corleone, because the Godfather had no character by that name, at least not with that spelling, and it wasn’t Luca Brasi either, who indeed was a character in the novel. It was Tom Hagen, played by Robert Duvall.”
