Executive Order 13848

Graham Dugas observes,

EO 13848 is now in play.

The DNI has submitted his report that was due on or before Friday (45 days after 11/03). It cites significant foreign interference in the Nov 3 election.

See section 1 of EO 13848… Section 2 is now primed for action and, for lack of better words, all Executive Branch options are on the table. Up to and including “kinetic” actions by the AG, DNI and Director of Homeland Security. Moreover, they may be put in effect any time between now and Jan 20th.

It will be interesting to see how Jan 6 is handled. Will it be the time Trump pulls the trigger or will it come and go with a deft move like the Dec 14 date did? Would it profit Trump to wait until closer to Jan 20? I personally don’t think so as that would tear the country apart and inflame the left more than a slow unraveling of The Steal commencing Jan 6 or just before. If things commence Jan 6 or before, there is time for a “de-expectation” campaign to take place in the narrative and lessen the blow to the Democrats by spreading out the “bad news” over a sustained period of time. Remember, Trump controls the narrative by his actions, not the MSM no matter how much they think they do. They will have no choice but to cover it if Trump starts to make arrests, seizes voting hardware, releases intelligence reports, publishes digital findings, shows videos of software vote changing caught in action, releases computer logs showing exactly where and at what time [down to the hundredth of a second] votes were altered, releases incriminating info on China buying Biden etc. Trump holds plenty of cards and is savvy enough to time things strategically. 

Simultaneously, the continued pressure in GA, AZ and WI can flip these States “conventionally” by getting an honest vote count. AZ in particular will be in the news as both the vote count AND the now impounded Dominion machines are getting ink there. Look for more news to come out from MI but only as it relates to the Dominion rigging on the machines that were forensically examined. Look for more stories as to how Dominion machines were indeed “online” and tampered with by actors overseas. Once a State or two are overturned, things will support the Trump narrative and fit into the “de-expectation” campaign. IMHO there is no way that Biden got more votes than Hillary in 2016 and this means that they manufactured upwards of 17 million votes by paper or digitally. There is so much evidence that Trump can control the narrative by focussing attention here and there selectively as he wishes. It doesn’t have to be persuasive. It just has to stink. That way the cumulative effect will take a toll and condition the minds of a large enough portion of the population so that they will be supportive when “kinetic” actions commence. Remember, Trump is not just trying to win an election and save the country from the radical left and/or the CCP but he is trying to keep it from a civil war that would result from sudden, abrupt and perceptibly partisan Executive Branch actions. It’s going to be a bumpy tumultuous ride in any event but that’s what shock absorbers are for. He needs to paint a picture and tell a story. Interestingly, Trump just happens to be the most media savvy man on the planet. 

And… the Insurrection Act of 1807 is always an option. Interesting weeks are ahead.
