Bill Buckley’s and George H.W. Bush’s CIA, with its lying, spying, murdering, kidhapping, and drug dealing, has long served as a neat microcosm of the state. But now we get to learn some of the details of its lawless, luxurious, and stupido work in Italy, thanks to an actual independent judge. PS: For their orgy of crime, etc. at one fancy hotel, the secret ops ran up a bill of $150,000, courtesy of the taxpayers. Ah yes, anti-terrorism.
