The evening news was on as I walked through the living room tonight and there was a replay of Tim Russert at the Democratic debate saying to Hillary (paraphrasing slightly): “You know, you and your husband have different opinions on the subject of when to allow torture.”
He didn’t say whether to allow torture, but when.
