Doomsday Falsehoods

February 26, 2007

It is a sad commentary on the state of the world when an estimated one billion people watch Al Gore receive an Academy Award for his film “An Inconvenient Truth.” A more appropriate title for this film would be “Doomsday Falsehoods.” Two recently published books that put the lie to this “documentary” are “Unstoppable Global Warming: Every 1,500 Years” by Fred Singer and Dennis Avery and “Eco-Freaks: Environmentalism is Hazardous to Your Health” by John Berlau. The falsehoods promoted in this film provide a convenient way for the state to control population growth and industry.
