David Boaz, RIP

I just learned that David Boaz, Vice President of the Cato Institute, has passed away. He did so at the far too young age of 70. He was not a pure Rothbardian type of libertarian. More, a follower of Friedman and Hayek. But from a big tent point of view, he certainly qualified as a supporter of the libertarian philosophy. He was very productive in writing, lecturing, interviewing. For many decades he contributed his productivity to publicizing the Cato Institute and libertarianism in general. He shall be missed.
