Who Should Count the Votes?

The Obama administration is now saying that the Department of Homeland Security (which itself was recently hacked) should perhaps be in charge of the election to assure that the results are not hacked.  Let’s get this straight:  As president, Obama is really the one in charge of the Department of Homeland Security.  The administrator of the agency works for him at his discretion.  Obama is also the head of the Democratic Party,who would like to turn that mantle over to his party’s nominee, Killery.  Therefore, it is really Killery who would be in charge of counting the votes.
