Contempt of Congress?

A House committee has voted to hold former IRS official, Lois Lerner, in contempt of Congress. This is wholly undeserved.  Congress would have to improve its behavior by at least 300% to reach even the lowest levels to which thoughtful and decent men and women might begin to apply the standard of contempt.
