CNN Yucks It Up Over Ron Paul

June 15, 2008

I’m watching the semi-Russert CNN, to avoid the all-Russert MSNBC, and the less-Russert but more-fascist FOX.

CNN just made fun — haha — of Ron’s dropping out. First, it interviews a sweet guy who thinks Ron can still become president because he’s a “Ninja, and he’s got the moves.” True, but there is no overcoming the evil Republican party.

Then the host says, “Ron Paul is finally dropping out [shows blimp]. Now will he stop bothering the GOP?” Can’t have that.

Responds an exasperated and unsmiling political consultant, “No! He is holding his own mini-convention in St. Paul.”
