Charles Krauthammer Thinks Hillary SHOULD Be Above the Law

After all, she’s a fellow neocon.  When Donald Trump said that if he is elected he would have his attorney general appoint a special prosecutor to look into the Clinton crimes, he was saying what anyone with an I.Q. above 10 knows: The political fix was in with the FBI and “Justice” Department when it investigated Hitlery.  Not to mention her numerous other crimes.  Others have “had their lives ruined” for doing a small percentage of what she did, Trump said.  So what Trump is doing is defending the traditional classical liberal tenet that no one, especially our political rulers, should be above the law.  The laws should apply equally to everyone.  This is known as the ancient principle of the rule of law.

Neocon talking head Charles Krauthammer vehemently disagreed with that tonight on O’Reilly’s show by making the silly and false argument that what Trump is proposing is imprisoning Hitlery simply and solely because she is his political opponent, “like they do in Third World countries,” he said.  This is the Party Line Lie of the Day that was put out there by Hitlery’s own campaign manager as soon as the debate was over.  Like all neocons, Krauthammer and Hitlery believe in the “noble lie,” the ancient idea championed by “Straussian” neocons like Krauthammer.  Their lies about the Iraq War would be a good example.  The ends justify the means, this hoary theory asserts, so some lies are “noble.”  And they are always given endless, free air time on FOX.

To his credit, O’Reilly disagreed with the creepy Dr. Strangeloviean Dr. Krauthammer, even though he was unable to articulate his view very well.  (He said he was for “honest investigations” by government bureaucrats and seemed unaware of the relevance of the rule of law. This is  not surprising since O’Reilly never passes up a chance to snipe at or mock his FOX colleague Judge Napolitano, the greatest living champion of constititonalism).
