But Killing the Baby Is Okay?

Beginning July 1 in Tennessee, if you use drugs while you are pregnant you can be charged with a crime for causing harm to your unborn baby. I wonder if there are similar laws regarding the drinking of alcohol or smoking while pregnant? Drug warriors are never consistent. Even more inconsistent is that you can have a state-licensed doctor kill your unborn baby in Tennessee and neither you nor the doctor will be charged with a crime for causing the ultimate harm to your unborn baby.
