Blair’s Iraq ‘Apology’: Sincere Or Spin?

Former UK PM Tony Blair apologized for the disastrous Iraq war over the weekend…or did he? He said he was sorry the intelligence got it wrong, which is a very different thing. But we know from a recently leaked White House memo that Blair had secretly pledged his devotion to W.’s war plans for Iraq while out of the other side of his mouth he assured the British public that he was dedicated to diplomacy.
