Or is it just the U.S. State Department’s Agency for International Development and the neocon slush fund known as the National Endowment for Democracy, as described in this article? Or is it all CIA money? It might as well be, since the purpose of these subsidies is “regime change” in Latin America and elsewhere. When did the government-funded overthrow of foreign governments become a part of “libertarianism”?
