. . . you could be arrested and handcuffed by thuggish cops. That’s what happened recently to University of Florida linebacker, nineteen-year-old Antonio Morrison. He’s been charged with “harassing an on-duty animal.” The First Amendment apparently doesn’t apply to the state’s canines.
