Au Contraire

I read your blog post on the TSA allowing illegal immigrants to fly without ID.  I know a little about this.  I own a taxi company in Phoenix, and one of my drivers was tasked with going to an ICE detention facility, picking up a man who was released on bail, and taking him to the airport.  Per request of the lawyer who was paying for this, my driver escorted the poor Ecuadorian national up to security.  To say that he got on his flight without harassment is a complete and utter fabrication.  Every inch of the man’s personal belongings were hand searched, his pockets were rifled through, he even had his hands swabbed down with some magic chemical concoction that is supposed to tell if you have been touching explosives.  In short, his preboarding search was just shy of a complete strip search with finger probes.  So, I would not recommend going the “no-ID because I have a court date instead” route of boarding a plane if your goal is to avoid hassles by the TSA thugs.

However, if your goal is to watch the Reich wing hyperventilate because “illegals are getting away with stuff”, I highly recommend doing everything you can with no ID at all.
