The Coast Guard doesn’t guard American coasts. Just like the DOD doesn’t defend America. A U.S. Coast Guard cutter has seized “illegal drugs,” not in the Gulf of Mexico or off the Atlantic or Pacific coasts, but in the Arabian Sea.
