In 1996 in the midst of the Clinton regime, former DEA “deep cover” agent Michael Levine joins TV host Montel Williams together with the late investigative journalist Gary Webb, former Special Counsel to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Jack Blum, CIA imbedded “journalist” Joseph C. Goulden, Congressman Charlie Rangel, and other panelists to discuss the CIA’s war of sabotage against the rights and liberties of the American people, and their unwillingness to cooperate with open investigations into a dark shadowy chapter of hidden history concerning the War on Drugs.
