Nigel Farage provided some excellent post-debate advice to Donald Trump. When Hillary started engaging in name-calling during the debate (e.g., the “racism” charge) Trump should have just ignored her and proceeded to discuss what was on his agenda. This is a practice I employed when I was in Law practice, and which I emphasized to my students in law school: never let your opponent define the issues.
