Even in states that have legalized marijuana for medical use. Although Illinois legalized medical marijuana in 2014, a school district is barring an 11-year-old girl from using a medical cannabis patch and cannabis oil drops to regulate seizures resulting from chemotherapy treatment for leukemia. And you wonder why I continually say that the war on drugs is worse than the drugs themselves.
