If We Have the Balls to Enforce it, Our Constitution Will Destroy the Financing of Communalism and the Deep State; the Alternative is Civil War and Dystopia.

January 5, 2026

Reality has demonstrated that most of our people are ignorant, apathetic and indolent when it comes to government. I contend that most of our people will support freedom and not Communalism, when faced with the facts.

It is impossible to have a Constitutional Government unless the Enumerated Powers effectively limit the powers of government, which is not now the case. The corrupt Congress does what makes them the most money, so most of government is a Criminal Enterprise with no legal support or authority whatsoever. The Parasitic Super-Rich Ruling Class (PSRRC) controls their corrupt minions in government through blackmail and bribery.

The Enumerated Powers does not give the Federal Government power to spend money on the states for any reason, much less welfare or Communalist programs in the blue cities and states. The 5-Ingredient Cookb... Kelly, Benjamin Best Price: $3.78 Buy New $9.47 (as of 08:36 UTC - Details)

The Federal Government would not have had the money to ignore the Enumerated Powers and enslave the states without the results of the Coup of 1913. The Coup resulted in the creation of Income Tax, the Federal Reserve Bank, and Tax-Free Foundations.

Income Tax alone reversed the rolls of the Federal and State Governments. The Federal Reserve Bank gave government unlimited funding for wars and the ability to impoverish the people. Tax-Free Foundations gave the PSRRC and others control of their money thru eternity.

There is no question that the Enumerated Powers do not authorize federal funding of states, and especially not welfare or Communalist programs. If such funding is not terminated, those who productively work will revolt, but when it is terminated, the Communists will not be happy. Either the Income tax is terminated or that portion of tax collected in a state must be returned to that state to pay the bills. Federal Government would survive (with a much-reduced overhead) on Tariffs and Excise Taxes, as in the past until 1913.

“Art. I, Sec. 8, clause 1, US Constitution,
grants to Congress the authority to spend money on
whatever THEY think is a good idea is a false
interpretation which has been used to evade the
constitutional limits on the federal gov’s power.
The only lawful powers Congress has over the
Country at large are the enumerated powers…

Hanging over our heads is the high probability of total Economic Collapse if we don’t get our house in order. To do this, all foreign aid, investments and troop deployments must be terminated. We must accept the fact that we don’t need and don’t have allies. We must terminate all support of Zionist Israel, as we are fools to be involved in the first place. It is difficult for me to see how a religious Jew or Christian could support the evils of Zionism.

The final responsibility for the Treason in Congress is in the hands of the fair weather patriots  who refuse to even communicate their feelings to Congress much less sue or charge them with Treason. This failure will lead to Civil War
