A typical headline (this one from the Daily Gawker) reads: “Obama Explains Why We’re Dropping Bombs on Libya.” We are not dropping bombs on Libya; they are. This is an old trick of government, to pretend that the people and that predatory parasite called the state are one. Never, unless you work for it, and perhaps not then, either.
