Members of Congress are demanding that the FTC investigate Facebook because it allegedly got information from users, even those logged out of FB or who had canceled their pages. Yes, yes, these “lawmakers” are concerned for our privacy.

Not! These are the same people that have empowered the National Security Agency and the Stasi of Homeland Security and the police to illegally investigate innocent people who are no threat to anyone (including our massive “security” state). These are the same people who have given the State the privilege of going into all of our financial records without our permission, and even more.

Yes, I might be concerned if FB were to turn over my information to the government or criminal gangs (I know, I repeat myself), but that does not seem to be the case. Instead, these “lawmakers” are pretending that they care about our privacy while they encourage the government to eviscerate our rights.
