re: Attack on Ron Paul

Dallas newspaper writer Mark Davis says that Ron Paul has the mind of a “sixth grader” when it comes to foreign policy because he’s not a supporter of the war we were lied into by a few neocons in the Bush administration. But it is Mr. Davis who thinks like an elementary school child when he equates the Bush and Clinton administrations with “America.” Ron never said “America” was responsible for 9/11, as the lying Mr. Davis says. What he said was that the foreign policy of say, bombing Iraq on a weekly basis for ten years, the policy of a few dozen political appointees in the last two administrations, led to “blowback,” just as the 9/11 commission said in its report.

Most Americans probably did not even know that we were still bombing Iraq ten years after the first Persion Gulf War officially ended. Only an intellectual pygmie would equate “America” with the federal government.
