Leviathan, Like Janus, Is a Two-Faced God

August 20, 2014

You’ll recall that Shaneen Allen is a single, working mother who petitioned Pennsylvania’s tyrants for permission to own a gun after the cops for which those tyrants tax her twice failed to protect her from robbery. Ms. Allen mistakenly believed that said license covered her in New Jersey as well. Her error has provided all the excuse New Jersey’s dictators require for persecuting her.

Apropos of such exquisite despotism, Pete writes: “I was in a Woodstown, NJ diner a few months ago and saw some PA cops open-carrying as cops normally do. I called the local state police and the PA county sheriff where they were from. Both said it was fine, normal practice in fact. So apparently, but of no surprise really, out-of-state tax-feeders enjoy rights denied to New Jerseyans.”

Of course. And always.
