On this Veterans Day, I am listening to two powerful, sad antiwar songs written and recorded by Don McLean. “The Grave” was included on his hugely successful “American Pie” album. “1967” was on McLean’s 1991 album “Headroom.” McLean wrote both songs about the Vietnam War.
