Neocons Win Iowa

As of 10pm, Cruz is 1st at 28% and Rubio is 3rd at 23%, or 51% for neocons. Trump is 2nd at 24%. Carson–who is neocon-ish– is 4th at 9%. Rand is 5th at 4%. As Rand predicted, the polls were all wet (except about him).
For the Dems, Hillary is at 49.8%; Bernie–who got the college vote–is at 49.5%. That’s effectively a loss for Hill.
