I was chatting with an engineer who had evacuated from Florida to Charleston SC to ride out Hurricane Milton and asked him what he thought about hurricanes being engineered or man-made.”That is a bunch of BS,” he emphatically responded. I asked him what he thought about Operation Popeye and he said he was unfamiliar with it. I explained it was when the US military used weather weapons to engineer a monsoon during the Vietnam War. This is another example of someone who is uninformed but he wanted to know the truth. He said he would look into this and Dane’s web site.
