What a pleasant surprise to open Lewrockwell.com this morning and find a quote from my favorite theologian and novelist!

To avoid misunderstanding for readers who are not familiar with Lewis, it might be helpful to to note that this quote is from the “Screwtape Letters” and here Lewis is writing in the voice of a demon counseling another demon on how to lead men away from God. The point of the book is to help us see ways in which our enemy manipulates us so that we will not fall into the traps.
