America First!

I love hearing Trump say “America First.” It harks back to the great peace movement of the 1930s. Interventionists and warmongers of all stripes flip out at the sound. Why, he can’t say that; it harks back to the biggest antiwar organization in American history, and the heroic Charles A. Lindbergh. As usual with Trump, these neocon-SJW attacks don’t work. Besides, the phrase is politically unanswerable. Who should be first? Some foreign state? World government?
