Regarding our recent discussions of various acronyms as well as the trend of “SWATting,” David Maharaj writes that “SWAT is shorthand for Swine With Abusive Tactics.”
Meanwhile, instead of dialing 911 when we feel like being beaten to a pulp, I wonder whether we can simply shout, “Here, sooey, sooey!”
