What Health Care Will Eventually Encompass

Obama said yesterday that health care was a right. According to his administration health care includes the right to mammograms and pap smears for transgender men—for free. I guess these women have not turned into men after all. What will health care eventually encompass? Is there any doubt that insurance companies will eventually have to cover transgender surgery, drugs, etc.? I think not.
