A War on Heat or Pot?

According to the Obama administration, climate change will result in “11,000 heat-related deaths during the the summer of 2030.” As you would expect, Obama wants more to be done to fight climate change. But he also wants to continue fighting against marijuana, which causes zero deaths now and will cause zero deaths in 2030. Drug freedom is not a tenet of liberalism.
