Mitt Romney’s collusion with Democrats is an example of a much more important collusion, that of Republicans with Democrats to enact destructive laws and policies. It is an independent process of corruption. This has been going on for a long, long time. Deception has been involved to hide the cooperation.
And behind that cooperation is the collusion of politicians of both these parties with interest groups of wide-ranging types who supported these evil policies. Deception and secrecy have been involved in hiding their influence.
The collusion of politicians of both parties with socialist/communist/anti-capitalist/fascist/progressive people and their ideas laid the groundwork for the processes of decivilization that have resulted from their rule. This has involved deception and self-deception. The politicians said and supported one thing ideologically, but did the opposite in practice.
There has been collusion between Americans and the socialist/communist/anti-capitalist/fascist/progressive people who have influenced their thinking, the result being the adoption of evil ideas.
The most basic collusion of all is that self-deception by which people trade moral behavior and ideas for immoral behavior and ideas, while fooling themselves into thinking they are doing what is right and good. This is like your good side colluding with your dark side (or with Satan) and then suppressing one’s knowledge of it.
