The Mandate that Won’t Go Away

Even as more and more companies are dropping their vaccination requirements for smallpox, I mean Covid-19, the 6th U.S. Court of Appeals in Cincinnati has just lifted a November injunction that had blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate. Naturally, the White House rejoiced. Like it or not, Biden’s mandate will have to go to the Supreme Court. Knowing what we know about Judge “Obamacare” Roberts, don’t assume that he will vote to strike down the mandate.
