Republican Tax Wars

I see that Marco Rubio is attacking Ted Cruz over his VAT-which-is-not-a-VAT tax plan. Too bad that Rubio’s plan is no better since he wants to subsidize the poor and soak the rich. I have a better plan than either one of these Republicans: eliminate all federal taxes, cut government spending by 95 percent, and fund the government with land sales, lotteries, user fees, and donations. This would, of course, mean abolishing the welfare/warfare state that Democrats and Republicans love so much.
