Populist Realpolitik

The first thing an objective observer of political institutions discovers is the oligarchical character of all regimes, whether nominally monarchical, democratic, fascist, communist, etc.

From ancient Sumer to the present, all governments have been composed of elites. All states originate in conquest and exploitation, and as elite oligarchies, exercise a monopoly of crime over their subjects through war and taxation, indoctrination and propaganda, and the conscription of resources and persons.

The subject matter of “Establishment Studies” or “Power Elite Analysis” is understanding this struggle for power in its diverse open and covert forms between the rulers and the ruled, between the elite and the non-elite, between “the ins” and “the outs.”

As James Burnham observed in his classic book, The Machiavellians, the primary object of every ruling elite is to maintain and enhance its own power and privilege. The rule of the elite is based on force or fraud. This force may be hidden or threatened, and the fraud sustained by a political formula, usually expressed as a generally accepted state religion, ideology, or series of myths. But it is the physical force of the gun that lay behind it all. And it is at your mind that every government gun is ultimately aimed.

Running through American history from its very beginning roots in colonial settlement of the South and New England has been significant ethnocultural and ethnoreligious antagonism and discontinuity. Historian Clyde Wilson described it as The Yankee Problem in America. The resulting divisiveness and conflict preceded by decades and multiple familial generations what erupted in the tragic war of 1861-65 that rent asunder, fragmented, and eviscerated life in America during that era. Today’s culture wars continue to have their very roots in this almost 400 year clash of cultures.

Since 1630 and the arrival of the Puritans on the North American continent life has never been the same. They are the busy body “Karens” at the grocery store, the woke willful idiots at the colleges and universities, the cancel culture bullies on Social Media, the insane hordes of bureaucratic petty tyrants throughout all levels of local, state, and the federal government. Self-righteous, abusive, and closed minded. The puritanical termites of progressivism.

The “United States of America” was never a consolidated unitary nation but was from the beginning, from colonial times, a disparate collection of ethnocultural and ethnoreligious peoples of different beliefs, backgrounds, and values. The Framers recognized this. The US Constitution created a decentralized federal republic of independent sovereign states who delegated explicit powers to the general government, reserving the bulk of their powers to the states and local governments. Their intention was never to create a ubiquitous European-style centralized nation-state, a leviathan with unrestrained tyrannical reach and power.

Cloistered and insular political elites are again displaying the same willful ignorance and haughty arrogance, the same incompetence and destructive disdain for future unintended consequences, as those earlier pompous leaders of Germany, Great Britain, Austria-Hungry, France, Italy, the Ottoman Empire, Czarist Russia, and the United States of America did on the eve of World War I.

For well over a century the eugenic elites of the credentialed professional classes (especially within the courts) have waged a deliberate, systematic and deceptive propaganda class war on and against poor, disadvantaged, and marginalized women, particularly attempting to justify mass murder of the marginalized as for their own good. Read the infamous US Supreme Court case of Buck v Bell as establishing this destructive precedent. Roe v Wade was the culmination of this criminal eliminationist project.

The Eugenics movement drew their greatest enthusiastic support and funding — extensive funding from America’s upper-most philanthropic sources such as from the Carnegie Institute and the Harriman railroad fortune. The Rockefeller Foundation helped develop and fund various German eugenics programs, including the one that Dr. Josef Mengele worked in before he went to Auschwitz. Cereal magnate J.H. Kellogg provided funding to help found the Race Betterment Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan. They were all in league with some of America’s most respected scientists from such prestigious universities as Stanford, Yale, Harvard and Princeton.

Top tier social scientists, especially economists, gave their full sanction to the Eugenics project. Several feminist reformers advocated an agenda of eugenic legal reform. The National Federation of Women’s Clubs, the Woman’s Christian Temperance Union, and the National League of Women Voters were among the variety of state and local feminist organizations that at some point lobbied for eugenic reforms. One of the most prominent feminists to champion the eugenics agenda was Margaret Sanger, the leader of the American birth control movement. Margaret Sanger saw birth control as a means to prevent unwanted children from being born into a disadvantaged life, and incorporated the language of eugenics to advance the movement. Sanger also sought to discourage the reproduction of persons who, it was believed, would pass on mental disease or serious physical defects. She actively spoke before KKK groups promoting this racist eugenics agenda.

The Eugenics movement in the US and the UK served as the model for the implementation of these horrors in National Socialist Germany.

Progressives, it seems, have always been obsessed with racial biological collectivism. Whether it was Progressives in the early 20th Century during the so-called Progressive Era (1900-1920) and their mania for eugenics, scientific racism, and race suicide; or today’s Progressives, equally obsessed with identity politics; race, class, gender and queer studies; and intersectionality.

The Progressive Era was a crucial time in American intellectual history. Scholars as divergent as Murray N. Rothbard and G. William Domhoff have documented the impact of thousands of key academics such as Richard T. Ely, Herbert Baxter Adams, and John W. Burgess who received their graduate training in Germany during this period, dominated by the rise of Bismarck’s welfare-warfare state. They returned home imbued with these ideas, which their apt pupils such as Theodore Roosevelt and Woodrow Wilson transformed into hard reality. This worship of the newly-discovered wonders of statism, combined with the influx of Darwinian evolutionary naturalism, ”social imperialism,” Fabian socialism imported from Great Britain, the increasing secularization of postmillennial evangelical pietism, all provided the satanic breeding ground for the incubus that emerged as progressivism – complete with its elite notions of centralized political/economic planning, aggressive nationalism, eugenics and the idea of “race suicide.” It is a seminal focus of their skewed, maniacal totalitarian world view. Progressives have always insisted upon rule by an elitist professional class of credentialed experts removed from the populist majority of everyday Americans, who they regarded as “deplorables,” “white trash,” or “the unwashed masses.”

Eugenics is at the epicenter of implementation of a corporatist Social Credit economy (based upon the Chinese Communist model) with centralized political control in a totalitarian technocratic entity, with all pervasive mass surveillance by facial recognition databases and coercive regimentation. These invasive actions are running parallel with the transition to a cashless society with all financial transactions monitored through digitalized biometric identification using such technologies as fingerprints, hand geometry and retina scanning — ultimately a microchip electronic device implanted subcutaneously (subdermally).

Today the heroic battle is against identity politics and racial biological collectivism, of conformist cancel culture by the totalitarian leftwing destroyers of Western civilization and its basis in Judeo-Christian and Enlightenment principles — the declared enemies of freedom of speech, the rule of law, the integrity of biological science, the two person nuclear family of male and female, personal sovereignty and self-defense, individual human rights and civil liberties, and the capitalist free market economy.
