The recent murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson brought forth all sorts of denunciations from progressives about the dysfunctions of the “free-market, for-profit” U.S. health-care system. In the wake of yesterday’s news that, contrary to earlier speculation, Thompson’s killer Luigi Mangione was not only never a policyholder at United, never had an insurance claim denied, and had successful back surgery that relieved his pain, we get this gem tonight from regime NBC. Government has been dumping millions, including many children, from Medicaid.
