I am no fan of war and welfare monger Nancy Pelosi. Indeed, I would like to see her driven from the speakership and the congress, and forced to live as a private citizen on her many millions, so enhanced through public service. But the reaction of the neocons to her hint that maybe the holy CIA didn’t tell her the truth is hilarious. The CIA is composed of two divisions: murderers, torturers, and subversives; and researchers and propagandists. A significant part of this agency does disinformation work, all around the world and in the US. That is, it lies for a living, whitewashing US deeds and ambitions, and demonizing anyone the US state has decided to crush. So, did the CIA lie to Pelosi about its maiming policies? Who knows, but it has typically lied to congress and the taxpayer about every scheme and scam for total power that it has run for the past 60 years.
