Writes Gary North:
3:14 pm on October 14, 2009I first heard Bob Dylan in the spring of 1962. It was on Les Claypool’s FM show in Los Angeles, back when hardly anyone had an FM radio. It was the Bob Dylan album. I thought at the time, “I hope that old man lives long enough to record another album.” He did.
But he changed. He became Mr. Electrified Moaner. We old-time Dylan fans lost interest.
Here, Hugh Laurie does a great imitation of Dylan, circa 1968. He is much better than the 1968 Dylan was.
