Why Not Instead Sue to Not Wear a Mask at All?

Some are calling it a victory for religious freedom, but a child wearing a mask to school is not freedom no matter what slogan is on the mask. Lydia Booth, 11, will now be allowed to wear her “Jesus Loves Me” face mask to school, thanks to a settlement that has been reached between the Simpson County School District in Mississippi and the attorneys representing Lydia. What parent would now, in 2023 (not 2020 when perhaps they didn’t know better), put a mask on her child and send her to school?
