Removing A Hair from Your Brother’s Eye Despite the Wig in Your Own

Karl Manke, Michigan’s heroic barber, is back in the headlines—this time “demonstrat[ing] the pettiness and vindictiveness of the state in all of their actions against Karl over the last year,” according to “Dave Kallman, Manke’s lawyer.”

The Michigan Board of Barber Examiners voted Monday to fine Manke for violations that included carrying a comb in his pocket,

Yes, the Board’s micromanagement of Michigan’s serfs extends even to the contents of their pockets—not unlike the TSA’s fixation thereon. Indeed, pockets fascinate totalitarians of all stripes

accumulating hair and neck guards on the floor at the barber shop,

Wonder if that’s killed as many patrons as COVID’s “vaccines” have.

and participating in a May 20 hair cut protest on the Michigan Capitol steps in May.

“Unmasked and unrepentant” James Nellis, who sent me this story, would doubtless agree that we’ve now arrived at Leviathan’s actual objection to this Patriot.

Manke was fined $500 for each of three sanitation and equipment violations and $3,000 for unlicensed hair cutting on the Capitol steps. The fines were assessed once on his personal license and once on his business license.

“Some things that were seen that were very disturbing to say the least, to put it mildly,” said barber board member De’Angelo Smith Sr.

Seriously? I guess this bozo slept through the reports of Michigan’s Chief Witch slaughtering the elderly a la New York’s “Killer” Cuomo.

“The hair, the neck strips, the comb, the clippers — it’s our responsibility to make sure … that we’re putting the public in the most safest place possible as it relates to providing services.”

Incredible, that in a state bankrupting small businesses and destroying serfs’ lives, these bureaucrats actually fret about the non-existent harm Mr. Manke allegedly does willing customers.
