A Bad Precedent

Judge rules that a girl who told her boyfriend to kill himself is responsible for him committing suicide. She faces 20 years in prison. Just what we need, more non-violent criminals in prison who have not committed actual crimes. The judge said that what she did was “not only immoral but illegal.” I say send the judge to prison for his ignorance of the two. And also every judge who sentences someone to prison solely for possessing drugs. If I tell you to step in front of a train and you do it, then I am not a criminal, but you are an idiot.
